With Sparrow being a thief, Zorro would naturally take issue with the pirate, since his own moral code is one that prioritizes the protection of commoners. Furthermore, since Zorro has before done crossovers with modern characters like Djanjo, it is not impossible that he faces off against Sparrow. With Zorro's quick movements and ability to evade and escape, Sparrow's battle may end in him retreating to the seas where he remains captain. Two skilled sword fighters, Captain Jack Sparrow of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, may have a hard time surviving the legendary Zorro if encountered.
